These terms govern your use of the Everpath website and the development-stage information and materials available here. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
About Everpath today
Everpath is an educational adventure game in development. The website describes a product vision, not a promise that every shown or described feature will ship. Concept art, features, availability, supported devices, pricing, and release timing may change as development continues.
Who may use the site
Anyone may browse the public website. The development-updates form is intended only for adults age 18 or older. Parents and guardians should not submit a child’s email address, name, or other personal information.
Educational purpose
Everpath is intended to support curiosity and learning. It is not a replacement for a school curriculum, teacher, educational evaluation, medical care, or other professional advice. Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding whether an experience is appropriate for their child.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam or automated requests, introduce harmful code, or use Everpath materials in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Our materials
The Everpath name, artwork, copy, designs, characters, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Everpath and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.
Updates and communications
If an adult chooses to share an email address, Everpath may send occasional development updates. Consent may be withdrawn using the unsubscribe method included with those messages once delivery begins. Our Privacy Notice explains the website data collected today.
Future app, accounts, and multiplayer
The public app, user accounts, purchases, parent controls, and multiplayer are not currently offered through this website. Additional app-specific terms, safety rules, and privacy disclosures may apply when those features become available and will be presented before they take effect.
App Store terms
If Everpath is distributed through Apple’s App Store, your use of the downloaded app will also be subject to the terms that apply through Apple. Unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the licensed app.
Availability and warranties
The website and its materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that development plans will remain unchanged. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as Everpath develops. The updated date above will show when a revision takes effect. Continued use of the website after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
